Yacht Sales Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

Merrill-Stevens Yachts is experiencing rapid growth and needs Experienced Yacht Sales Administrative Assistant for our Sales Team.  Our shipyard is under Major Renovation and provides work of the highest international standards to meet Classification Society Requirements of ABS, Lloyds and the US Coast Guard.

We seek team players driven to grow and help us develop lasting customer relationships.  We offer strong back-office sales support, print, digital and social media marketing, and participate in the major regional boat shows.

As an Administrative Assistant  MS Yachts, you will work with the sales team and sales support coordinator. You will assist in the preparation of the sale documents, schedule appointments, organize events and meetings, assist with projects and offer support as needed.

Experience using Yacht Closer, Yacht World and Boat Trader is a plus.
